How I discovered poetry Long before I knew it, it was there in me a bit, those poets lives so different, sometimes and many a time, so imminent. The poems put my thoughts running, asking questions and just pondering, how could they complete books, at such young age, how could someone just innovate, so many rhymes, devices and lines, slowly with age I learnt my twines. I never bothered about rhyming, never did I pester people for buying, I discovered poetry as a let out, of my feelings and observations no doubt. #napowrimo #day18 #poemtime #ilovepoetry

#Day18 A poem refuses to come out of my pen, To adorn the pages of my journal with eloquent words, A poem refuses to come out of my pen, Due to lack of inspiration and enthusiasm. I can't wait to see the poem with the eyes of my heart, And the soul of my heart, But the poem refuses to come out of my pen, Due to lack of inspiration and enthusiasm. The poem- a rebel is reluctant to come out, Until I assure to decorate it with the best of my words, The poem, it won't come, until I have the heart of a poet, And the mind of an artist. The poem, this rebel poem, Finally comes out and adorns my keyboard, After I drive away the lack of enthusiasm and inspiration, This poem, like every other poem, doesn't like to be undermined. This poem, like every other poem, Flows out or is typed down, Whenever it originates from the heart, And not from the bored idea of writing.
