Life is a chasing of the wind,
And death an escape;
Whoever is content is blessed,
Whoever is scornful is cursed.
For he treats everything with contempt
And breathes the air with discontent.
Life is a chasing of the wind..
A gift for the few who dared to chase;
Only those with hope.
Days will vanish as the chasing goes..
And we would then,succumb to our final call.
The chasing would then, be done.
Until then,life is just a chasing of the wind

An empty morning

Tears awakened me this morning,
Once again you turned up in my dreams
And make me feel as though it were reality.
I tried to grab your hand..all in vain.
How long should this poor humble soul be suffering...
How long does the universe keeps spinning on?
Have pity on this destitute soul of mine O divine power!
This soul can't go on much longer..
If not you bestow a little bit of your infinite power on me.
Have mercy on your servant!
Share with me the communion that you have;
with the prophets eons ago.
But I know I am not worthy of your kindness,
O divine power!
In dreams alone could I rely on,
to meet my soul's beloved.
For dreams opened my doors to another realm
