🙏 Kindly understand OXYGEN, THE LIFE SAVING DRUG. 🙏 Psa plants have failed as anticipated and expected. Out of first order ( Dec 2020) of 162 plants were to be installed in 45 days means before 15.2.21, only 11 installed & 5 working. Regarding quality Delhi Aiims, Mumbai IIT, Kochi Hospital doctors have confirmed that this is not good for icu and operation theatre due to poor quality and unchecked impurity. It cant be even termed as medical oxygen as it is not passing mandatory batch wise testing by approved chemist. The cost of plant is three to four times than cost of cryogenic plants which produces high quality with lower power cost and lower capital investment. Now the question is who misguided all governments and court for this disaster. Public money is drained and people have lost lives too. Now also if we don't plan to install right technology plants we are depending on tonnage liquid plants thereby inviting logistic issues When Nature has given oxygen everywhere free of cost it is foolish to produce at few locations in india and transporting by putting precious public fund. In India many small cryogenic plants were working smoothly thereby locally catering to the need of hospitals as well as industries. These plants had to be sold in scrap in last two decades due to cut throat competition of World giants in this field. Oxygen is in crisis : let me explain this. We had 500 plus small oxygen plants in india two decade ago. Now we have 5 - 10 giant plants and small plants are sold in scrap due to cut throat rates by giants. This is like 5 - 10 fire station instead of many in every city. Now also we should learn not to through entire market to few giants and suffer like we are suffering now. All Govts and Courts are helpless to solve the crisis. They are focussing PSA plant for piped oxygen which is not permitted by FDA testing norms. Doctors have rejected this 93% purity for ICUs and Operation Theatres. The loss of human life is in ICUs more. So PSA is not answer for that. Now Govt should ask hospitals in every district to install one suitable size (double of medical need) plant with 50% hospital ownership, 50% entreprneur's ownership. Owner will first cater to hospital and sell surplus to industries. Govt can give 50% subsidy for such investment. May be 25% Central Govt and 25% State Govt. This will work very well. I have 4 decades experience in gas and gas plant manufacturing field. Now a senior citizen age 65. कुछ घटनाक्रम अति दुखद है परंतु बात उठी जहन में, तो बता रहा हूँ । 1. ऑक्सीजन की कमी से जानें गई. 2. शव स्ट्रेचर न होने से घसीट कर बिना पीपीए किट एम्बुलेंस श्मशान तक ले जाना पडा। 3. परिजनों को दूसरों के शव दिये गये। 4. जीवित के परिजन को मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र दिया गया। 5. मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय ने चुनाव आयोग के अफसरों को दूसरी लहर के लिये जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए कहा की संभवतः इन पर मर्डर चार्ज लगाना चाहिये। 6. मरणासन्न कोरोना बाधितों ने आत्मनिर्भता का नारा शायद सुना हो और दिल पर ले लिया हो, यमराज का ध्यान करके उन्हें व्यथा बता दी हो। 7. विरार और सूरत के अस्पतालों में आग में मरीजों के जल मरने की हृदय विदारक घटनाए हाल ही में हुई। मरणासन्न मरीजों की आत्मनिर्भरता के तहत यमराज से व्यथा बताने की तो ये घटनाए उनकी अंतिम इच्छा की पूर्ति के तहत तो नहीं, जहां रोगी अपने दाह संस्कार का इन्तजाम भी अस्पताल में खुद ही कर रहा है ©Ashok Mangal #corona #AaveshVaani #OxygenCrisis #ElectionCommission #MadrasHighCourt

Three decade history of oxygen production in India. Oxygen tonnage plants have taken over 99% market therby created the dependency on them. Small size Air seperation units mfg. cost were marginally high but the cut throat rates offered by giants have dismantled these plants. Govt excise rebate of 1.5cr also is withdrawn has added fuel to fire. Regulation that ASU ( 2-4 tonne/day) only for medical has also discouraged these plants as this had made them more unviable. PSA plants now being installed shall consume 50% more power as well being bought at 3-4 times capital cost. PSA are not offering storage as well testing as per ip. Small size Air seperation units mfg. cost were marginally high but the cut throat rates offered by giants have dismantled these plants. Govt excise rebate of 1.5cr also is withdrawn has added fuel to fire. Regulation that ASU ( 2-4 tonne/day) only for medical has also discouraged these plants as this had made them more unviable. PSA plants now being installed shall consume 50% more power as well being bought at 3-4 times capital cost. PSA are not offering storage as well testing as per ip.
